Zumba classes guarantee to burn calories and tone you up whilst enjoying a one hour party style workout.  Classes are held every Wednesday 8pm at Sean O'Casey Community Centre, St Mary's Road, East Wall, D3.

Discounted rate for EastPointer's - classes for €7 each (Normally €10) or  7 Classes for €40 pre-paid card (normally 6 classes for €40). 

To burn off those Christmas indulgences there is a FREE CLASS WEDNESDAY 11th JANUARY 2012.

The pathway around the perimeter of the park has been modified to enable all you fitness fans to go for an uninterrupted walk, run or jog on your lunchbreak!  A map highlighting the route in blue can be found by clicking here.  At the security hut at the front entrace you will notice a gateway in the fence outside Block I (Oracle) and a pedestrian crossing on the road to ensure a seamless journey, but always be aware of traffic entering and leaving the park!
