and M50 orbital motorway, putting flights around the world
in almost instant reach.
O’ Connell Bridge at the heart of Dublin is less than
20 minutes walk.
Commuting is very easy, with a shuttle bus every 10 minutes
connecting to the DART light transit network. Then it’s
just one stop to the city centre, with fast, frequent services
to both the
north and south sides of the city.

one of our largest tenants, won the 2003 Golden Pedal Award
by the
Dublin Cycling Campaign.
Bus services are good, while it’s also feasible, and
enjoyable, to access East Point on foot.
