We are a key component in the Lufthansa network of companies and the primary European telecommunication centre for Europe’s largest airline. Our 200 highly-motivated team members handle over 1.5million calls annually in several languages from Lufthansa’s customers in Western Europe.

The Job

You will receive inbound calls from our international customers and provide them with excellent customer service, answering their questions and dealing with requests. In addition, you will make reservations, update travel itineraries and solve problems.

It is this variety that makes the job so interesting!

After your initial 6-weeks orientation, you will receive ongoing training in order to develop your knowledge and skills in relation to the wide range of products and services we offer.

To be considered for this exciting role you must have the following:

• Fluency in English and one or more western European language (Spanish/French/Italian/Portuguese/German)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer Service Experience (Previous Service/Call Centre experience is a strong advantage)
• Airline and/or Tourism background is advantageous 
• Goal and Quality-oriented approach to work
• Flexible approach to work – we work on a shift basis and we are open at weekends and Bank Holidays. Our opening hours are from 7am to 10pm, 365 days per year. As such, attendance and punctuality are very important to us!
• Good aptitude for computer systems
